Important deadlines

Deadline for fellowship requests	September 20, 2010
Submission of abstracts	September 20, 2010
Notification of acceptance	October 4, 2010
Early bird registration	October 18, 2010
Abstract booklet deadline	November 8, 2010
Accommodation reservation	November 8, 2010

Important notes:

-The number of participants is strictly limited to 200 persons, on the basis of first fully registered, first served.
- One presentation per person.
- The allocated time for invited oral presentations is 30 minutes (including discussion), and 20 minutes (including discussion) for oral communications.

Oral presentations:

The auditorium will be equipped with a PC, a PC projector and a laser pointer. Authors are kindly requested to upload their presentation for morning sessions one day prior to their session and for the afternoon sessions in the morning.

Poster presentations:

Boards will be available along with the necessary equipment. The poster size should not exceed A0 (i.e. 1189 mm height and 841 mm width).
