The conference takes place in Paris (France), also called the city of lights and one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
Reservations can be made either in the FIAP or in the Hotel Magendie.
In the FIAP, the organisators of the Conference have reserved single rooms and beds in double rooms. All the prices are per day and half pension : dinner and breakfast included. All the single rooms have already been pre-booked.
Magendie is an hotel at 800 meters of the Fiap. It is a quiet 2 stars hotel of 110 rooms.
Reservations are definitive when the organisation of the Conference has received the payment of the Conference fees. Payment of the accomodations must be done before the 21th of November. Please notify, as soon as possible, any modification of the date of your arrival or of your departure.
Where is the FIAP located?
In the heart of Paris on the left bank, 14th arrondissement, between the Place Denfert Rochereau and the Place d'Italie.

How does one get to the FIAP?
From Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle airport, take the RER B line towards the "Denfert Rochereau" station.
From Orly airport, take the Orly bus service until the "Denfert Rochereau" terminal.
Then, from "Denfert Rochereau", take the metro (line 6, direction "Nation") to the "Glacière" station which is very close to FIAP. From "Denfert Rochereau" you can also go by foot.
