Important notes:
-
The number of participants is strictly limited to 200 persons,
on the basis of first fully registered, first served.
- One presentation per person. Please select the Section and sub-Section most related to the content of your proposition: for example A2 or C3 or ... Short CV and/or web page of the contact author are suitable.
- The allocated time for selected oral presentations is 20 minutes, including discussion.
- The accommodation reservation can only be guaranteed
once we have received the payment of the Conference fees.
Abstract redaction:
- All abstracts must be submitted by the presenting author and his name must be underlined.
- Please indicate the corresponding section of the Program: A2 or C3 or ...
- All abstracts should be written in English, preferentially in Microsoft Word (version 2003 or earlier or in "Compatibility Mode") or with Open Office source. The length is limited to an A4, using the following template.

Oral presentations:
The auditorium will be equipped with a PC, a PC projector and a laser pointer.
Authors are kindly requested to upload their presentation for morning sessions one day prior to their session and for the afternoon sessions in the morning.
Poster presentations:
Boards will be available along with the necessary equipment.
The poster size should not exceed A0 (i.e. 1189 mm height and 841 mm width).
Poster sessions will be in the Tuesday 15th, 2009 in the Oslo room. You can fix your poster in the morning. Please remove your poster before 5:pm of the same day.
