Reservations can be made either in the Fiap or in the Hotel Magendie between the evening of Friday 11th and the morning of Friday 18th.

In the Fiap, the organisators of the Conference have reserved 20 single rooms (63 euros) and 80 beds in 40 double rooms (48 euros per bed). All the prices are per day and half pension : dinner and breakfast included. All the single rooms have already been pre-booked.

Magendie is an hotel at 800 meters of the Fiap and one has reserved 40 single rooms at 64 euros (all taxes included) with continental breakfast included. It is a quiet 2 stars hotel of 110 rooms.

Reservations are definitive when the organisation of the Conference has received the payment of the Conference fees. Payment of the accomodations can be done at your arrival in Paris. Please notify, as soon as possible, any modification of the date of your arrival or of your departure.
